excellent layout

fantastic restaurant

The layout of the room was excellent, plenty of space for the kids to run around. I loved being able to walk right over to a fantastic Mexican restaurant after a long day. It was a huge convenience.

It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The queen room with two queen beds non-smoking was pretty spacious. It had air conditioning, a microwave, and a refrigerator which were super handy. The flat-screen TV was nice too. The outdoor swimming pool was great for the kids, but the breakfast was a bit lacking, mostly just carbs.

The local eats are stellar! Waffle House served up some killer breakfast, and Grumps Burgers had me drooling with those juicy patties. Not to mention, the pool was awesome, a perfect escape from the Texas heat. I appreciated the friendly staff who really worked with what they had.
